By accessing the Site, purchasing our products, or using our platform (How2 Connect), including when accessed or managed on behalf of another person or business, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

All content on this Site is the property of How2 Technologies or our licensors and is protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may access and use the materials for personal, non-commercial use only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or creation of derivative works without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Some tools, templates, and platform features may be powered by third-party technologies (e.g., HighLevel), which remain the property of their respective owners and are licensed to us for resale under a white-label agreement.
3. User-Submitted Content
By submitting any content (comments, posts, testimonials, videos, business descriptions, brand assets, etc.) to us via our Site, social media, email, or otherwise, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and worldwide license to use, display, distribute, and create derivative works from such content for marketing, promotional, implementation, or educational purposes. 4. Platform & Service Access
Your use of the How2 Connect platform and tools (including AI services, automations, forms, funnels, integrations, etc.) is subject to these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and lawful. Unauthorized sharing of logins or redistribution of tools/content is prohibited.
You are solely responsible for how you use or customize the platform, including automations, AI tools, and messaging content. While we offer best practices, we are not responsible for missed leads, compliance issues, or damages due to improper setup, scheduling errors, or client-side misconfiguration.
5. Online Commerce
When purchasing through our Site, all transactions are processed securely via Stripe or other third-party payment processors. By purchasing, you agree to be financially responsible and use these services only for legitimate, authorized purposes. We are not responsible for third-party products or sites linked to from our platform.
Some services include usage-based fees (e.g., SMS, AI actions, phone minutes) billed through integrated providers such as Twilio or OpenAI. These costs are passed directly to you unless otherwise specified in your package.
6. No Guarantee of Results
We make no guarantees of specific outcomes or earnings. Any testimonials or examples shared are not promises of future performance. Business success depends on many factors including your skills, consistency, and market conditions.
Tools such as ROI calculators, marketing templates, or projections are intended for illustrative purposes and do not constitute financial advice or performance guarantees.
7. Refunds & Billing
Each product or service may include its own refund terms. Unless otherwise stated, digital product purchases are non-refundable. Missed or failed payments may result in service suspension. If your payment method fails, we will make reasonable attempts to contact you to resolve the issue.
Subscription access is subject to active billing. Failed payments may result in pause or removal of connected assets (forms, phone numbers, workflows). An administrative reactivation fee may apply.
8. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to misuse the Site or our services. This includes, but is not limited to: spamming, data scraping, attempting to bypass security, uploading malware, or using the Site to promote illegal activity or harassment. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at our discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining compliance with A2P SMS regulations. We may assist with registration, but legal responsibility for messaging content rests with the account holder.
9. Limitation of Liability
How2 Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Site or platform. All content and tools are provided "as-is" with no guarantees of accuracy or uninterrupted service.
We are not responsible for platform issues arising from third-party integrations, including but not limited to Google Business, Facebook Pages, Stripe, Zapier, or calendar syncing issues.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our Site or services at any time, for any reason, without notice. These Terms will survive termination.
Accounts with repeated payment failures or breaches of acceptable use may be terminated without refund at our sole discretion.
11. Modifications
We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
12. Data & Privacy
We collect limited user information for platform access, onboarding, and communications. We do not sell or rent user data. Data is processed using secure systems and third-party integrations (e.g., HighLevel, Stripe) under their respective privacy practices. Users are encouraged to review our full Privacy Policy.
13. Independent Relationship & Indemnification
You acknowledge that How2 Technologies acts as an independent automation partner, not a co-owner, legal agent, or employee of your business. You remain responsible for legal compliance, tax obligations, and business decisions.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless How2 Technologies, its team, and service providers from any claims, disputes, or losses arising from your use of our tools or services, including but not limited to lost revenue, campaign errors, or user-generated content.
